Background

Aesthetisure is an insurance product created especially for the plastic surgery industry that protects patients by covering complications that may follow elective cosmetic surgery. The product is only available through board-certified plastic surgeons. The introduction of a product of this type was groundbreaking in the insurance industry. Our client needed assistance with a complete branding exercise—from product naming to visual execution.

Challenges

There are two important audiences for this product—plastic surgeons who must enroll in the Aesthetisure program, and patients who may choose a surgeon based on the fact that they offer Aesthetisure coverage. The new branding must be appealing to each audience, both visually and in the tone of voice used.

We created the Aesthetisure brand to elevate the value of the product, as well as anyone associated with the product—like the enrolled surgeons who offer it to their patients. The brand was designed to be attractive to both personas that influence their success (surgeons and patients).
